  • Payment Claims Accurate and Paid each month
  • Construction Contract in place between The Builder and Client
  • Manage Builder/Trades Weekly to keep build on program
  • Complete Fortnight cost reports to ensure stats on Budget
  • Form 15,16 and Maintenance Manual completed as end of Project
